- You have purchased a saree from Fashion Rules.

- Your request for a return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- The saree is in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

- The saree has not been worn, altered, damaged, or washed.


  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2.5. Ship the Package:

   - Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team along with the RA number. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your saree.


  1. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned saree, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If the saree passes inspection, we will process your return within [number of days] from the date of receipt.


  1. Refunds and Exchanges

You have two options for returns:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
